Privacy policy

What we collect
Your name and email from Apple or Google, the resume you upload, the notes you give us, and the record of every application we submit for you. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to find jobs for you, apply to them, and show you what we sent. Your resume and details go to the employers we apply to, and nowhere else.
Who can see it
You, and the ApplyASAP team members who apply on your behalf. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your resume, notes and application history within 30 days, except billing records the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
You can replace your resume, change your notes, pause applications or close your account at any time.
