Terms of service
Updated October 29, 2026. This is a working draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
What we do
ApplyASAP finds job openings that match the notes you give us and submits applications to them on your behalf, using the resume you upload. You authorise us to create applicant accounts where a company requires one, fill in application forms, and submit them in your name.
What you promise
Your resume and notes are true and yours. Tell us about anything a form might ask that is not on your resume, such as work authorisation or a required certificate, so we answer it correctly.
What we promise
We only state what your resume and notes say. We never invent experience, titles, skills, references or answers. When a job needs something you have not told us, we skip it.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. A plan gives a number of submitted applications per billing month; unused applications do not carry over. Jobs we review and skip do not count. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; the current month is not refunded.
No guarantee of outcome
Employers decide who they interview and hire. We do not promise interviews, offers or responses.
Pausing and stopping
Turning off Applying stops new applications straight away. Applications already submitted cannot be withdrawn by us, but we will tell you where each one went so you can withdraw it yourself.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure. We may suspend an account that uploads a resume that is not theirs or asks us to submit false information.
