A break you handled
A renamed field, a late file, or a duplicate key is a better proof than a slogan about reliability.
Honest boundary
If you modeled tables and someone else ran the cluster, say that split. It is still engineering.

This is an example to adapt, not a letter from a real applicant. Use it only where every detail is true for you.
You want the orders model kept trustworthy for finance. I owned a daily orders transform, checked that the prior day had landed, and repaired it when a renamed field emptied revenue.
What to skip
Skip a promise about their freshness, a tool you have not operated, and a claim that you built a platform when you owned one model.
Questions
- Do I mention the orchestrator by name?
- Yes if you ran it and the posting cares. Otherwise the path and the check are enough.
- What if my work was batch and they mention streaming?
- Say you have owned batch loads and that streaming is new. Do not rename a nightly job as a stream.
