Scale.jobs describes human assistants who apply to jobs for you, sold as one-time batches of applications. Stay with it if you want a large batch paid once. Look elsewhere if you would rather pay a month at a time, or want fewer applications. We did not test Scale.jobs. These details come from its public pages on the date above, and ApplyASAP is our own service, so weigh this page with that in mind.

Who might compare a batch with a monthly plan

You would rather not pay a large amount up front. Its plans are one-time purchases of a batch of applications, and its pricing page shows a pay in installments option. If a smaller monthly amount suits your budget better, a monthly plan is a different way to pay.

You do not need hundreds of applications. Its smallest plan is still a large batch. If your field is narrow and you only want roles you would really accept, a smaller number each month may be enough.

You want clear refund terms first. Its site says leftover credits are refunded, and we did not read a full policy. If that matters to you, ask them how it works before you pay.

Two ways to pay for people who apply

One batch or a month at a time

Scale.jobs sells a set number of applications as a one-time purchase. ApplyASAP publishes monthly plans with a set number of applications, and you can cancel and not be charged again. A batch may suit a wide search that you want to run hard, and a monthly plan may suit a search you want to adjust as you go.

How much each search needs

A larger number is not better on its own. A narrow field can run out of good openings quickly, and a wide field can use far more. Before you buy any plan, think about how many roles you would really accept, then pick the size that fits.

What goes on the resume

Both services describe tailoring a resume for each application. ApplyASAP rewrites your resume for each posting and never changes your employers, dates, degrees, or titles, or invents certifications or people you managed. We did not see a published rule like that from Scale.jobs, so ask them what their assistants may change.

When a monthly team may fit you better

Read ApplyASAP if you want a team to find openings and send each application, paid a month at a time, with a published rule about what your resume may never change. Stay with Scale.jobs if you want one large batch paid once, or if its add-ons suit you. The prices below are ApplyASAP's.

What this page leaves to Scale.jobs

Nothing here says Scale.jobs fails at what it describes. We have not tested it, borrowed anyone's score, or counted people who switched. Its full refund policy and how its applications read are questions for its own site, and the date at the top is the day we read it.
