Scoutify describes an apply agent that submits applications on supported career sites using your profile, resume and preferences, sold by the week with a weekly cap, with a short free trial. This page is for someone weighing that offer who wonders whether a different kind of product would suit them better. It does not rank the two, and it does not turn a weekly price into a monthly saving.

Who might want a different approach
You do not have a stack of resumes ready. Scoutify's top plan picks the best fit from resumes you upload. If you would rather start from one resume and have a version written for each posting, that is a different way of working.
You prefer paying by the month. Scoutify publishes weekly prices that renew. If a monthly bill and a monthly number of applications are easier for you to plan around, that is a real reason to compare.
You want to know exactly where applications go. Scoutify applies on the career sites it supports, so check that the employers you want most are among them before you pay.
What separates the two methods
Picking a resume or writing one
Choosing the closest match from resumes you already wrote is fast and keeps the words yours. Writing a version for each posting takes more work per application but can lead with exactly what that posting asks for. ApplyASAP takes the second path, tailoring from your real history without changing your employers, dates, degrees, or titles.
An agent at work or a team at work
Scoutify describes an agent that applies for you on the sites it supports. ApplyASAP describes the team sending each application and showing you which company it went to with the resume that was sent. Both hand off the clicking. They differ in who is responsible for each application and what you can review afterwards.
Weekly caps and monthly allowances
Scoutify's application plans are described by applications in a week. ApplyASAP plans are described by applications in a month. A higher ceiling is not the same as more good applications, and the two units do not line up neatly, so this page leaves each number as its company published it.
When ApplyASAP suits you better
Read ApplyASAP if you want to start from one resume, have a version written for each posting, have the team send each application, and see every one afterwards, billed by the month. Stay with Scoutify if you already have several strong resumes, like the weekly plans, and the career sites you care about are among the ones it supports. The prices below are ApplyASAP's. Scoutify's prices stay on the comparison page as published.
ApplyASAP is a product of Glearn Technologies, San Francisco. Every plan includes a resume tailored to each job, the application questions answered for you, and cover letters when a job asks for one.
The public answer to “Will you exaggerate my resume?” is: We put your best foot forward. Most people undersell themselves, so we write up the skills and scope your role and level usually carry, in the words of each posting, and show you every skill we add so you can take any off. We never change your employers, dates, degrees or titles, and never invent numbers, certifications or people you managed.

Activity tells you in plain sentences which companies we applied to, with the resume we sent. Open any application to see its whole story. Pause applying with one switch and nothing more is sent. Cancel your plan in Account and you are not charged again.

What this page leaves to Scoutify
Nothing here says Scoutify fails at what it describes. We have not borrowed anyone's score or counted people who switched. The open questions are the ones on the comparison page: which sites are supported, a written rule about what an application may add, and whether an unsupported job is skipped. Their site is where to check, and the date at the top is the day we read it.
Questions
- Is Scoutify's free trial a good way to decide?
- It is a fair way to see whether an apply agent suits your search. It does not tell you how it compares with a service that writes a resume for each posting, because the methods differ.
- Does ApplyASAP need several resumes from me?
- No. You upload one resume, and ApplyASAP prepares a version tailored to each posting from it.
