What each one says it does
In Scoutify's words (Scoutify home page): “Sniper applies to matching jobs on supported career sites using your profile, resume and preferences.” Source
ApplyASAP says the team sends the applications. We put your best foot forward. Most people undersell themselves, so we write up the skills and scope your role and level usually carry, in the words of each posting, and show you every skill we add so you can take any off. We never change your employers, dates, degrees or titles, and never invent numbers, certifications or people you managed. Every plan includes a resume tailored to each job, the application questions answered for you, and cover letters when a job asks for one. Made by Glearn Technologies, San Francisco.

Where they differ
Scoutify describes an apply agent that submits applications on supported career sites from your profile, sold by the week with a weekly cap, and its top plan picks the best fit from resumes you upload. ApplyASAP describes a team that finds openings, writes a resume tailored to each posting from your history, and sends the application, sold by the month with a monthly number of applications. Choosing among resumes you wrote and writing one for each posting are different methods, and a week and a month are different units, so this page does not turn one price into the other.
Activity tells you in plain sentences which companies we applied to, with the resume we sent. Open any application to see its whole story. Pause applying with one switch and nothing more is sent. Cancel your plan in Account and you are not charged again.
What we could not verify
We did not see a published rule about what an application may never add about you, or whether a job your resumes cannot support is skipped. We also did not see which career sites count as supported.
