What each one says it does
In LazyApply's words (LazyApply meta description): “Automatically apply for 1000's of jobs in a single click… on platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed… in the USA & Canada.” Source
ApplyASAP says the team sends the applications. We put your best foot forward. Most people undersell themselves, so we write up the skills and scope your role and level usually carry, in the words of each posting, and show you every skill we add so you can take any off. We never change your employers, dates, degrees or titles, and never invent numbers, certifications or people you managed. Every plan includes a resume tailored to each job, the application questions answered for you, and cover letters when a job asks for one. Made by Glearn Technologies, San Francisco.

Where they differ
LazyApply describes automatic applications on LinkedIn and Indeed in the USA and Canada, sold as a yearly plan with a daily cap. ApplyASAP charges by the month for a monthly number of applications the team sends. A daily cap and a monthly quota are different units, so this page does not turn the two prices into a savings claim. LazyApply's public pricing lines do not say whether a resume is rewritten for each posting without adding experience. This page does not guess.
Activity tells you in plain sentences which companies we applied to, with the resume we sent. Open any application to see its whole story. Pause applying with one switch and nothing more is sent. Cancel your plan in Account and you are not charged again.
What we could not verify
We did not see a public statement of who, or what, clicks the final submit button, beyond the promise of applying in one click. We also did not see a published rule about skipping a job the resume cannot support.
