What each one says it does
In Simplify's words (Simplify meta description and homepage feature list): “Your personal AI talent agent for job seekers. Job matching, resume tailoring, networking, and tracking. Free Copilot autofill and a tracker; Simplify+ adds tailoring, cover letters, answers, and Autopilot..” Source
ApplyASAP says the team sends the applications. We put your best foot forward. Most people undersell themselves, so we write up the skills and scope your role and level usually carry, in the words of each posting, and show you every skill we add so you can take any off. We never change your employers, dates, degrees or titles, and never invent numbers, certifications or people you managed. Every plan includes a resume tailored to each job, the application questions answered for you, and cover letters when a job asks for one. Made by Glearn Technologies, San Francisco.

Where they differ
Simplify describes a free autofill Copilot and tracker, plus a paid Simplify+ tier with tailoring, cover letters, answers, and Autopilot credits counted by the week. ApplyASAP's plan list is paid, billed by the month, and the team sends the applications. A weekly credit and a monthly application count are different units. Simplify's help center is the price source because the pricing address itself was not found on the day we checked.
Activity tells you in plain sentences which companies we applied to, with the resume we sent. Open any application to see its whole story. Pause applying with one switch and nothing more is sent. Cancel your plan in Account and you are not charged again.
What we could not verify
The lines we checked do not say whether tailoring may add a skill or a title that is not already on the resume. We are not asserting that it does.
